EXECUTIVE PROTECTION ACADEMY

Our Learning Philosophy

As an educational facility, our ability to mold and shape a students learning experience is paramount to equipping candidates with the tools and fortitude required to achieve success.

It is not uncommon to see new students enter the program with a skewed understanding of what executive protection work entails. Our ability to recognize these commonly misunderstood realities and redirect the high level of energy and enthusiasm students exhibit is what makes our learning environment so unique.

Participants are quick to discover the bulk of executive protection work involves long hours of preparation, reconnaissance and standing by to standby. No expert will dispute the fact that practical shooting and protective formations are important however it is our belief that one’s ability to advance a location, interact with public safety and the public is of utmost importance.

Very seldom are academy-complete executive protection agents left in a position to conduct mission critical advanced work that in due course guides the manner in which the rest of team conducts business. Students who complete our academy will graduate armed with the knowledge and confidence required to step into a leadership role and embrace responsibility delegated to them by the lead.

One additional discipline Advanced Tactical Training Institute recognizes as a top priority is the development of life saving emergency medical skills.  Whether agents are presented with a child choking on a toy or businessman suffering a heart attack, agents are instructed on modern-day life saving techniques. Our mission statement sums up our belief – “Dedicated to the Protection and Saving of Lives".

Upon graduating the Advanced Tactical Training Institute Executive Protection Academy, students are outfitted with the knowledge and understanding to ensure not only their own safety but the safety of others.
