Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
This 16-hour course is approved by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. The student will receive course completion paperwork that will allow them to register with the Bureau as an armed guard.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
This 2 to 3-hour course is approved by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services. This class is mandated by the Bureau for existing Firearm Permit Holders. Students must shoot twice annually, and must have at least a four-month time period between shoots. Firearm Permit Holders who do not follow this schedule will not be able to renew their permits at the end of the two year period and will be forced to take the Initial Firearms class again.
